Information we process
ADPIRO processes the details you provide during registration, traffic-source submissions, payment instructions, support messages and administrative reviews. Session identifiers protect signed-in access. Payment instructions and integration secrets are encrypted at rest.
Traffic and security information
To operate Direct Links and detect suspicious traffic patterns, we aggregate click counts and may record limited security information such as user-agent information, referrer patterns, timestamps and daily pseudonymous network identifiers. These identifiers are derived with a secret key; they are not stored as full visitor IP addresses in the click database.
Why we use information
We use information to administer accounts, review traffic, attribute publisher earnings, process withdrawal requests, provide support, deliver requested account emails, prevent abuse and maintain accounting records. We do not sell publisher account information.
Partners and advertising
ADPIRO uses infrastructure, email and advertising service providers to operate the platform. Following a Direct Link connects the visitor directly to a third-party advertising destination, which processes information under its own privacy terms. Publishers are responsible for notices and consent required on their sources.
Retention
Account and payment records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Session and email verification tokens expire. Delivered email queue contents are removed after seven days; resolved risk records normally expire after thirty days, subject to an administrator’s review-retention settings. Accounting and audit records are retained to support reconciliation and security.
Your choices
You can update profile information, change your password and revoke other sessions in your account. Contact ADPIRO to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing. Some financial and security records may need to be retained under applicable obligations. Requests are reviewed after identity verification.
Essential storage
ADPIRO uses an HTTP-only session cookie for authentication and browser storage for your color-theme preference. No third-party analytics or advertising scripts are loaded on the publisher panel by default.
