Using ADPIRO
ADPIRO provides a publisher monetization platform for approved accounts and traffic sources. You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information, and have authorization to monetize your submitted sources. Account approval does not guarantee earnings.
Publisher earnings
Earnings shown in ADPIRO are your applicable payable publisher earnings, calculated according to the ADPIRO publisher monetization terms applicable to your account and reporting period. They are not a representation of the full advertising amount received from any demand partner. ADPIRO may use independent third-party advertising and demand partners. No affiliation or ownership by a demand partner is implied.
Review and reconciliation
Reported earnings may be estimated while traffic and partner statistics are being reconciled. Invalid or prohibited traffic may be excluded. Final earnings may be adjusted when partner statistics are reconciled, with accounting adjustments recorded in your balance. The applicable review period and minimum withdrawal are shown in your publisher panel.
Payments
Withdrawals are subject to the available balance, supported payment methods, account verification and traffic-quality review. You are responsible for accurate payment details and any taxes applicable to you. ADPIRO does not guarantee payment delivery times. If law requires additional charges or calculation disclosures, applicable disclosures must be provided before the affected transaction.
Responsible use and suspension
You may not submit unauthorized content, generate prohibited traffic, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with platform security. ADPIRO may pause links, suspend accounts, or hold payments during a documented review. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Third-party destinations
Direct Links lead to third-party advertising destinations. You must place links transparently and obtain permissions and consent required for your audience. Do not misrepresent advertisements or compel visitors to click.
Changes and contact
Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the platform. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other rights under applicable law remain unaffected. For questions, payment disputes or account review requests, use the contact form or your publisher support panel.
