Understanding ADPIRO Publisher Statistics
Read impressions, clicks and earnings correctly, apply date and Direct Link filters, and understand how reports relate to your balance.
Your ADPIRO Statistics page helps answer three practical questions: how did performance change over time, which countries contributed, and how did individual Direct Links perform? Understanding the filters and metrics makes those comparisons more useful.
Start with the date range
Statistics opens with Last 7 days selected. Choose another preset, such as Today or Yesterday, or set your own From and To dates. Then select Apply to update the report.
Reports use UTC (GMT+00:00). A reporting day may therefore start and end at a different local time from your own calendar day. If yesterday's numbers look unexpected, check both the date range and the time zone before drawing a conclusion.
Use Reset to return to the default seven-day range and all Direct Links. When comparing two periods, use the same number of days and consider whether one period is still in progress.
Choose a link and a report view
The Direct Link filter lets you review all your links together or focus on one named link. After choosing the filter, select Apply.
The Date, Country and Direct Link buttons change how the report is organised:
- Date helps you compare one reporting day with another.
- Country shows how reported activity and earnings are distributed across countries.
- Direct Link helps you compare the links you have created.
For a practical comparison, give links recognisable names before sharing them. Then review the same date range for each link. You can export the applied report using Export CSV or Excel for your own records.
Understand what each number represents
Impressions are advertising impressions reported by the advertising network. They are not simply the number of people who opened a social post or followed a redirect.
Clicks are the clicks recorded in the reporting data. A visitor opening your Direct Link does not automatically mean the advertising network records a corresponding ad click. These are different stages of the visit.
CTR expresses reported clicks as a percentage of reported impressions. eCPM expresses earnings per thousand reported impressions for the selected data. It is a performance measure for that report, not a guaranteed rate for future traffic.
Earnings show the amount attributed to your publisher account under the applicable revenue share. They are not the full upstream advertising-account revenue. The advertising network supplies the underlying reporting data, and ADPIRO applies the account's earnings rules.
Why activity and earnings can differ
A social platform's link count, an internal redirect count and advertising-network impressions measure different events. Reporting updates and traffic review can also affect when numbers appear or change.
Do not treat every visit as a payable event or expect a fixed return from a specific number of clicks. Invalid traffic may be excluded, and reports may change during review and reconciliation. Compare figures over the same UTC period and check the intended Direct Link before contacting support.
Publisher reports currently provide date, country and Direct Link views. Browser, operating-system and referring-website breakdowns are not provided in the publisher reporting service.
Connect reports to your payment balance
Reported earnings and withdrawable balance are related, but they are not interchangeable. Earnings may remain under review before becoming available, and an existing withdrawal can reserve part of your balance.
Open Payments to check what is available, what is pending and what has been received. If a result needs investigation, provide support with the link name or ID, the exact UTC date range and the metric you are comparing.
Read the payment setup guide for the next step, or revisit the social media traffic guide to check that your promotion method is eligible.
